Every installation includes a 30-day free trial, so please make sure Hangerdeck suits your business before buying.

Refunds

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the extra payment in full.
If your licence key does not work and we cannot fix it within 7 days, we refund you in full.
Otherwise, licences are not refundable once the key has been activated.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paystack, usually within 5–10 working days.
